Suitable for dry ingredients only. It is capable of grinding all kinds of dry food (i.e. dried vegetables, hard cheese, chocolate, sugar to icing sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg or chilli, dried mushrooms, all types of nuts, peanut to peanut butter, grains and poppy-seeds. It can mince all kinds of herbs (fresh, but not wet!), mimosa egg, dried bread to breadcrumbs and many more.
